Hyperallergic has offered Arts and Culture free use of their office space in Williamsburg off the Bedford L stop.

The current offer is a 2 month residency after which point we would discuss further tenure. The space is available 24/7 and can be used for studio space, exhibitions, meetings, etc. You’ll need to bring your own electronic gear, computers for working. An AppleTV-enabled monitor is available for screenings.

Schedule for usage:

• Mondays 12-6 PM
• Tuesdays 7-9 PM [Screening Program, "Hyper-Imaginary (Movies)]
• Thursdays 12-6 PM
• Fridays 7-9 PM [Socials, Special Programs - check Calendar]
• Saturdays 12-9 PM
• Sundays 12- 6 PM, 7-9 PM [Reading Group]

The office space features:

• two work tables and chairs (good for sessions of 1-2),
• one conference table (good for sessions of 2-8),
• 18 chairs for circle sessions,
• sitting area with two couches (good for sessions of 1-2),
• kitchenette with refrigerator and sink,
• private bathroom to be shared by everyone at Hyperallergic HQ,
• a lot of versatile space with the potential to host lectures with seats for crowds of up to 25 people, and even exhibitions,
• high-speed internet (wi-fi),
• heating and air conditioning,
• very close proximity to the L (Bedford Ave) and G (Lorimer or Nassau) trains,
• next door to McCarren Park,
• in walking distance of dozens of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and other services,
• 24-hour access, and
• lots of art.
